1990년대 2000년대 초반을 긴장감있게 지켜왔던 PAHC(펜실베니아 하드코어),  Mushmouth, Out To Win, Krutch의 BFL (Brothers for Life) Crew이자 이들의 많은 멤버가 재적하고 있고 아직까지 활동하고 있는 거의 유일한 밴드인 Wisdom in Chains의 곡을 Blue Screen Life의 2주년 헌정곡으로 Today's Track으로 선정하였습니다. 네덜란드의 Daredevil의 기타리스트였던 Maarten이 크러치의 멤버에게 연락을 하면서 결성하게 된 밴드로 Oi영향이 깃든 올드스쿨 사운드에 Brotherhood넘치는 멋들어진 가사들이 압권인 위즈덤 인 체인즈의 My Friend 입니다. 사실은 더 덩실되고 더 가사가 남성미 넘치는 BFL Crew의 anthem인 BFL Anthem 이 유튜브에 없어 이 곡으로 대신합니다.
